Find Balance in Rolfing
What is Rolfing Exactly?
Poor posture and trauma cause strain in the body, which over time will cause pain and fatigue. Rolfing is a hands-on therapy that releases strains in connective tissues (fascia) to realign the whole body, resolve discomfort, and alleviate pain. Rolfing aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.
Eliminate Pain
Frustrated by pain or fatigue? Does it now hurt to do something that has up to this point never hurt you before? Whether you’re an athlete or office worker who would like to take their performance to the next level, Rolfing may be your most effective and natural solution. Rolfing can address these pain issues.
Restore Balance
Injuries, trauma, and daily habits can cause the body to lose its relationship to gravity. This can lead to pain, decreased range of motion, and lack of energy. Rolfing is a type of body manipulation that treats patterns of strain in the body. Postural balance can be restored through this hands-on bodywork.
